A - poured with one finger of off white foam on a amber-brown body with done haze. The head settles fairly quickly and leaves nice lace.
S - a spicy aroma of yeast and caramel malt with a hint of fruity acidity.
T - sour cherries, carmel, toffee, and pepper up front. Some more tart fruit in the middle with a strange hint of chocolate. Finishes with pears, pineapple, and clove.
M - medium thick body, moderate carbonation, and a slightly sweet finish.
D - complex and drinkable witha nice sweet and sour dynamic between the malt and tart fruit.
