On tap at "The Office" bistro/lounge in Cuyahoga Falls. 12oz in shaker pint glass.
Appearance: Clear bright golden yellow with a thin white head and lots of lacing.
Smell: Light hint of pine and grapefruit.
Taste: Quite hoppy with lots of pine and grapefruit citrus. The malt compliments the hops, but mostly takes a back seat to the hops, with an occasional hint of toasted malt coming through.
Mouthfeel: Just right carbonation, and a bit sticky on the teeth, but otherwise a tiny bit thin.
Overall / Drinkability: A solid fully flavored AIPA. Good for washing down a meal and very drinkable. Well crafted and maybe just above the median for other AIPAs I've had.
