12oz bottle poured into a pint glass
A: Even with an extremely slow pour, this quickly developed a huge head that took over the glass. Extremely carbonated. What's underneath is hazy, a light golden-brown
S: Pleasant. Floral, malty, some citrus and spice. Nicely balanced
T: Definitely sour. Lemon/lime citrus notes up front, with spice and malt underneath. Call it persuasion but I can get a bit of the mint mentioned on the label. The label says this is brewed without chemicals or preservatives- it doesn't mention wild fermentation but it almost tastes that way
M: Light-bodied, sour, again heavy carbonation
O: I can't say I love this but I don't dislike it and it's definitely intriguing. I will have to try another bottle for comparison and am curious to try more from this local brewery. At 4.5% this has good potential to be a pleasant session beer

I was in Cleveland area for a youth hockey tournament staying at a friends house and he had a bottle of Plumbers Crack in his fridge so I dove in. The beer poured a clear orange/copper color with white head that left some lace. The smell was more flowery than pine or citrus. The taste was more of the same....floral hop punch with a decent bitterness towards the end. The mouthfeel was light in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer and certainly could be sessioned.
