Cask: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of strong bourbon notes with some vanilla undertones and some light spicy notes. Taste is a complex mix of roasted malt with deep black chocolate and some vanilla and bourbon notes with a spicy finish. All flavours are well balanced and not one clearly dominates. Body is quite full with low carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Really fantastic beer.
