Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a relatively large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of sweet caramelized sugar with some citrusy hops notes. Taste is mostly dominated by citrusy hops with loads of residual sugar notes and caramelized malt. Body is full with good carbonation with light warming alcohol apparent. Way too sweet for my taste buds and probably closer to a US style barley wine then an IIPA.
