Always a dangerous style - the hops can clash with the peppery belgian yeast effects. In this one they do to some degree. But overall still pleasant.

A good looking beer, however the taste is too light. A blonde beer to the fullest but comes in a great bottle and definitely a summer beer

Great floral smell. In mouth it's full-flavored, floral, hoppy. Dry and bitter but sweet at the same time. Great beer!

Draft: Poured a cloudy beige color ale with a small foamy head. Aroma of floral hops is dominating with some peppery yeast. Taste is a good mix between some floral hops and a solid malt backbone with good notes of peppery yeast and a dry finish. Body is full with limited filtration and no alcohol was apparent. Very well made with loads of flavour while maintaining a great drinkability factor.

A: Poured a dark golden color with a hazy body. Average, white head that was quite lasting, and nice, thick lacing on the sides of the glass in sheets.
S: Very floral aroma, with lots of citrus present.
T: Citrusy, spicey, and peppery, with a slight hop finish. Quite a lot going on here, and I found it pretty enjoyable.
M: Light-bodied, creamy, with fizzy carbonation.
D: An enjoyable Belgian Pale Ale, and only makes me want to try more of BDT's beers, if I ever get the chance to return.

I believe but was not certain abv was in the 6-6.5% range. Enjoyed at the brewpub, this is their third offering. Sugar is used. Unfiltered cloudy peach coloured body with some whit head. Active carbonation. Fruitiness to it, and the most drinkable of their first three brews to be offered.
