Tap: Poured a hazy amber color bock with a medium size foamy head. Aroma consists of deep residual sugar with some pretty dominant notes of pinot. Taste is also dominated by some residual malt from the solid malt backbone which mixes very well with the vinous notes form the pinot barrel. Body is quite full with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I thought it was a singular mix between the wine barrel and a bock but it ended up pairing really well.
