Nice, soft roasted malt aroma encased in near black brown. Medium-full bodied, chocolaty with a fair amount of bitterness. Not bad, but no "wow" factor. That's all I have to say about that- I don't need 250 character for every review. Oi!

Pours a dark brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of roasted malt, slight sweet malt, hops, and a hint of coffee. Fits the style of an American Porter. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of coffee, roasted malt, slight sweet malt, hops, and slight alcohol. Overall, good aroma and great blend.

Just a classic porter in all aspects, from first sniff to ending quaff. Poured the famous opaque black, with a thick and rich tan head resting contentedly on top.
Subtle hints of coffee and chocolate amongst a thick malt backbone. Rich bodied brew, the robust porter also has a bit of sour ale tinge to it. This loaded up brew finishes dry and crisp, with just a smidgen of burnt toast mixed into the fray.
Very enjoyable brew, goes well with cooler temperatures. One could, and I did, make for an evening session with this beverage.
