This Lager style was made famous in the Czech Republic. Light golden in color, bright and a good hop aroma. Crisp, complex, and well rounded yet refreshing, with a prominent spiciness and bitterness from the Czech Saaz hops.

New offering at Highlands, not a bad brew to say the least. Came out a clear golden yellow in the ol' shaker pint, small white head that left little lacing. Sturdy aroma of malt, mixed with a bit of pepper.
Quaff is a very pleasant one - initial hit of malt, followed by a bit of hop and spice in the finish. Very crisp and clear drinker, the smooth finish of this lager should please the vast majority of beer drinkers.
Another fine drinking beer by the beer master - Dave Johnson.

Pours a clear, golden color. 1.3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of hops, slight yeast, citrus (lemon). Fits the style of a German Pilsener. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of hops, yeast, slight earthy malt, nuts, and sweet malt. Overall, a very good German pilsener. Good body, blend, and appearance.
