Served from a tap into a 16 oz conical plastic cup at the Long Ireland Beer Company.
A: Pours a light golden with a half inch, fluffy white head. Some retention and lacing.
S: Aromas of pepper and grain with mineral and forest notes.
T: Lightly sweet, not dry, with flavors largely following nose. More than light bitterness evident in time.
M: Light to medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.
O: A reasonable interpretation of a German Pilsner. Drinkable.

Pours a medium straw color with a well retained white head that left nice lacing. Smells of grains, corn, hops and sweet malts. Taste was overpowering sweet, floral and a funk that is best described as feet. Light to medium bodied, well carbonated, dry mouth feel. Would not try again.

On draft at Tap and Barrel, Smithtown, NY.
Poured a medium straw hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a soft graininess and moderate herbal hop.
The taste consisted of round soft malts and a vibrant noble hop.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty pils.
