Mini-trend that I've noticed is micro-breweries making beer that is gimmick-free and tastes like conventional beer. This is a medium amber colored ale poured out of a can into a pint glass. Purchased at a large chain supermarket, but the six pack stated it was brewed only 15 days ago. Tastes like a normal, American beer, what Bud should taste like but somehow misses. A light mouthfeel, some mild bitterness. It goes down easily. The more of it I drink, the more I appreciate it. This page states this beer is retired, but I believe the packaging .

Obtained in a trade. Unusually flavorful for a Golden Ale. Imaginative can label that should enable it to be noticed in a retail market. Worth a repeat purchase if it were distributed in my home area.
