Enjoyed this on-tap at the source on 11/30/10
A - Pours a cloudy, muddy brown with a thick ivory head. very nice retention.
S - Sweet toasted caramel malt and earthy hops dominate the nose.
T - Very similar to the nose. Bitterness is very nice, well balanced.
M - Creamy and smooth with a medium body and moderate carbonation.
D - Quite enjoyed this, liked it so much we bought a Growler.
