On tap at the Ruddy Duck into standard pint glass

A - medium yellow straw coloration. Mild head (same as all beers poured here) that vanishes quickly. No lacing.

S - mild scent of honey and not much else. Consistently the weakest aspect of nearly all RD beers.

T - honey comes through quite strong up front. Not much across the middle and finishes with a honey sweetness. As the name implies, honey is at the forefront. Not much else, but it's a lager, so not totally surprised.

M - perhaps a bit heavy on the mouth. Goes down smooth but the honey is dialed up to around 8 where a 5 might have been a better balance.

O - drinkable for a micro-brew and at least brings something to the usually boring lager style. However the problems of most RD beers are present here as well: virtually NO aroma or head, one dimensional flavor and a weak base for the different takes on each respective style. For this one, the 7.2% ABV is just to much. A mild beer such as this one needs to be more sessionable.
