Concept seems prime for a hot sunny FL day. The beer had a ok color. The taste started good enough, but the flavor fizzled to a flat salty finish. Also a little disappointed it wasn't very cold either.

On tap at the brewery taproom.
Pale golden body with a durable, bubbly head.

The aroma has plenty of lime, as does the flavor. Too much lime for the delicate blonde ale base. Lots of citrus mid-taste, with lime in the finish.

Light watery body with medium+ carbonation.

Cocoa Beach Key Lime Cerveza pours a yellow color with a white head into a pint glass. the aroma is nice, some citrus is noticeable. The flavor is quite nice for a light beer, a bit malty (light malts obviously) and a nice tart key lime flavor with a touch of sweetness. This is a seasonal ale, intended for the hot Florida summer. Light and refreshing.

Poured on-tap at the Cocoa Beach Brewery, the beer was served up in a pint glass. The beer is a hazy, gold color with a low profile, white, foamy head, and standard crisp, wheat characteristics. The aromas are only hinted by the lime flavors, with a solid toasted nose highlighted by light, tart citrus smells. The beer is smooth, with great lacing as you drink. This was a pleasure to drink, with a good bite to the citrus flavors. Very light and crisp in mouth, with a toasted backbone flavor highlighted with the light lime flavors that remain supportive, and not overbearing. Very tasty. The citrusy aftertaste remains light, as well, and the finish is crisp and clean. Very tasty brew, and would be especially tasty on a hot summer day at the beach.
