Bottle from the brewery #4 of 18
Pours a slightly hazy orange amber color with a smattering of bubbles that barely manage a head. Aromas of tart cherries, balsamic, a bit acetic with some faint sugary caramel notes helping with a bit of balance. The flavor has a bit of earthy funk up front followed by some tart cherry and lemons. Light sweet dark sugars as well as a bit of a salty essence round out the flavor. Medium body with a light level of carbonation and a slick tart mouthfeel. Decent enough wild ale but kind of one dimensional honestly. Wild thing one was much better.
