Pours a slightly hazy medium golden color with a huge bubbly white head that slowly dissipates to a cap while leaving moderate lace. Aromas of honey and sugar with hints of orange and banana. There's a whole lot of pepper and spice as well as a touch of ethanol in the nose. The flavor is sweet with sugary honey maltiness that gets cut with a bit of pepper and alcohol. Very subtle orange in the flavor to round it out. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Nice saison, its pretty tasty. Id like a few more bubbles, I usually expect a a pretty high level in a saison and the lower level of carbonation here makes it feel a bit sweeter almost sticky.
