On tap at the source.
Dark amber with a hint of red and a small bubbly off white head that slowly dissipates. Sweet and tart berry with hints of bready cereal and light lemony tartness. Pretty nice

The pint can is cracked open and the pour into a clear glass Imperial pint mug begins. It is interrupted when the head becomes exceedingly foamy, typical for many wheat-based ales. The head disappears unevenly, but quickly, leaving almost no glass lacing. It was almost stark white, save for a hint of rose. The beer itself is a bright orange-amber, dense enough to be more opaque than translucent. The muted smell is as advertised, a little sour and a little pomegranate. It's a good sour, with a layer of tartness included. There's just enough sweetness from the wheat and fruit to add even another dimension. This one is good at getting you to salivate during the finish and entices another gulp. Lastly, for a wheat beer, this has a decent mouthfeel. Overall, one excellent Sour Berliner Weiss and beer in general.
