I poured this beer out of a 1.6 fluid ounce bottle into a chalice
Serve cool
The appearance of the beer is a dark old gold body with a thin white head
The beer smells like grain some spice and mostly floral bouquet
The beer has a very nice fruity front slightly herbal middle and a nice dry finish
This is a very good beer very flavorful almost sessionable in spite of it's higher alcohol content

Bottle from Bert's
Pours a hazy light golden color with a huge rocky white head that persists forever. Aromas of light pepper and allspice with a light bready pilsner malt and light sugar. Little to no hop aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet with a sugary and bready malt base. Cracked pepper and clove provide a counter while a faint earthy hop flavor is present as well. Little to no hop bitterness. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Light crisp smooth easy drinking Belgian style ale.
