Copenhagen 16/2 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. A delirious wind eyed Hop looking lovingly at me from the label.
Pours hazy golden yellow - almost orange with white head. Settles as very fine thin layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is very hoppy - bringing your thoughts along to a IPA but slightly thinner. A little exotic fruit more than balanced by bitter grape fruit.
Medium to soft carbonation and quite thin palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a more dominant bitterness without being overpowering. Bitter aftertaste with rather dry finish.
Quite simple but very nice beer if you prefer your lager with a hoppy twist.

Light in Colorado, a sport white head. Lost of hops and will balanced bitterness. A pleasant beer

500ml bottle. Footed lager glass. Enjoyed on sep´12. Pours pale straw in color, clear appearance. White froth, close crown with good retention. Rings & collars on sides. Floral & woody hop aromas & resiny hints. Malty upfront followed by resiny & earthy bitterness. Ligt body. Soft carbonation. Who said Premium Lager is a boring Style?

Bottle: Poured a hazy light beige color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry Noble hops with nice floral touch is very interesting. Taste is also a nice mix between some Noble hops with some good mix between dry notes and floral undertones with lightly sweet malt base with clean cereal notes. Body is quiet full for style with good carbonation. I guess this is overly hops for style but so enjoyable that I don’t really care.
