A dry, refreshing Belgian style blonde that is complex but extremely well balanced. Yeast from one of the famous Belgian Trappist monasteries combines with the plsnere malt, candy sugar and a healthy dose of noble hops to create a classic blonde with a restrained phenolic fruity character that doesn't overshadow it's smooth quenching finish.
Clear golden with white fizzy ring, nice lacings
Aroma of sweet candied fruit, apples or peaches
Very smooth, low sudsing, dry, tart
