Pours opaque, dark brown in color, with 1/4 inch head. Taste is rich coffee, cream, roasted malt, and chocolate. Makes for a well balanced coffee and chocolate forward beer. While I prefer other American porters, I would not pass this one up.

The beer poured a very dark brown with a small tan head.
It had an aroma of coffee and roasted malt.
Coffee taste, with some dark chocolate and cocoa.
Medium-bodied, with a nice little bit of bitterness.
