look: 3.75 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75
Pours amber coloured with a beige mid-sized head. The smell is sweet with notes of toffee. The taste has hints of molasses, toffee, honey and brown sugar, quite nice. Not bitter, very little hops. On the low side of carbonation but I think that goes with the style.

Look: Coppery Brown, with a 1 1/2 finger tawny rocky head. After 5 minutes the head is about 1/4 finger deep across the entire top of the glass.

Smell: Caramel and toffee. Sharp notes.

Taste: Caramel, buttery, light rye toast. Slightly astringent back end, but it's not unpleasant

Feel: Creamy, but could be a little fuller.

This is a fine offering from the little brewery that could. South River Ontario keeps punching above weight. A-
