Uses German pilsner malt, Hauler Tao and Ttenang. German yeast strain and lager yeast strain. This is a perfect style for the North West, a region known for its love of assertive hoppy beers! Prost!

Thanks, Alex and Jen!
A clear light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is clean with a light, dusty, minty,, earthy hop character, along with a mildly doughy, honey note. The palate opens mildly bitter, earthy and with a little lemon and honey. Drying, clean and mildly bitter on the finish, this beer is a hair watery on the mid palate. Decent.
