Attractive appearance with clear amber color and plenty of white foam in the Ciney snifter. Best feature is the delicious aroma of peach and resins. Brewed with Mandarina Bavaria and dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Orange flavor with a little grapefruit rind.
Piney and astringent along with a sweet touch of malt. Rather acidic and bitter aftertaste of all the added citrus peel, well, quite bitter as you sip. But still that sugar on the lips to the last taste. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.

22 oz into IPA glass. No date.
Look is nice hazy golden orange. Nose is little hop bitterness and a little citrus. Taste pretty much follows nose with piney ending. Feels is light. Overall, a nice IPA but nothing I am going to rave about.

On tap at the Big River Grill in Stevenson WA.
Mildly hazy light yellow with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is soft with a druity hoppiness, a blend of pine, passionfruit and flowers. Opening lightly bitter with pine, there's a blend of pine resin, a touch of grass. Mildly fuzzy peach skin tannin notes are present as well. Creamy on the palate with a coating bitterness, this beer is quite excellent.
