Hazy gold with three fingers of off white head. Rings of lace appear as the levels fall.
Smell is fruity hops and bready malts.
Taste is fruity hops with plenty of malts.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. The finish is wet and mildly bitter.
Overall a tasty hazy IPA.

Nearly clear, but with the characteristics of a New England style IPA. Just less intense and more likeable. Interestingly, the body is so watery in a nice way, it's quite refreshing. Fairly sweet with a counterbalancing tang of acidity. Fruity with tangerine, and I think of that odd slippery loquat fruit in southern Calif.

Hops are listed as El Dorado, Motueka, and Mosaic. Also of interest, this is is brewed with Kviek yeast and buckwheat from Skagit Valley Malting. This is both unusual and really quite drinkable, for a pleasant surprise to a haze skeptic. From the 16 oz can purchased from Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/17/21 on the bottom.
