I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in kind of a funky, bulbous schooner glass.
Appearance: light golden hue with only a tiny bit of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop, leaving a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: light malt with a dash of graininess and just a little bit of hop aroma. Rather low in intensity, but well composed.
Taste: slightly sweet malt with a little bit of yeastiness and some grassy, slightly tropically fruity hops. Well balanced and quite tasty!
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: light, crisp, and super refreshing. A good beer, and very drinkable indeed!
