they nailed this, my first beer from these guys in ages, just showed up in the market here in idaho in cans, and its a beer thats far better than its packaging, which looks a little last generation, love a good dog on a can but you know, the beer is outstanding, immediately relevant in this style space in this market, so well done. its super pale yellow, sunny and easy looking, bright with a high white head that has excellent retention, and the carbonation is fantastic too, this is light and crisp to drink, dry and refreshing, but full character all the way too, crackery fresh pils malt, maybe not super european but with a lot of personality anyway, i taste the whole grain, it has some earthiness to it that keeps this grounded, and flashes just a touch of mid palate honey sweetness before crisping up. the lager yeast and the hops are the old world part, slightly doughy and also fresh on the former, lightly spicy and snappy on the latter, without being any more bitter than balanced, so this is highly drinkable, not one of those craft pils adjacent beers trying to be too much, this is authentic and simple in a wonderful way, it has a purity to it, a professional quality, and is highly refined the way the very best examples of the style are. the hops give this life and have fresh grassiness about them, noble for sure. late proofing dough, wet stone minerality, floral honey, and rushing carbonation pushing it forward. fluffy texture, light but not watery or thin, the sweet spot for these. it warms up well but its also a very quick drinker, could have drank the whole sixer in one sitting without thinking twice. this is a beer i will definitely buy again, well ahead of the vast majority of what is available locally in this style. impressive!

Several pints over time at F/Stop Fitzgerald, pub in Salem Oregon.
This is a general view.
Approachable, friendly and drinkable, yet for from a top tier PNW Pilsner (pFriem, Heater-Allen, Breakside. etc.) but still very approachable. Not enough noble hops and a tad too sticky in the end.
But it's easy to drink and no real flaws.

Light golden color on the pour with a minimal head. Not much aroma but what there is, is light citrus with some sweetness. Taste is light, clean and crisp with mild carbonation. Good Pils, nothing special. BOD 2-15-2024 from Safeway. 27 IBUs Rated 5-3-2024

Light color, I will admit, I judged it a little bit as I was pouring it out. Like oh geez I hope it’s not a light beer. Sweet slightly hay aroma. I’m really impressed, I will admit my first impression was not 100% but that’s really an excellent beer! High flavor impact. A hint of hops but not too much. Starts with fermented flavor and hits all the right notes for a good Pilsner. Grainy finish. Full body, some astringency but not offensive. I’m excited I bought a 6-pack of this! Would get again.
