Served in straight pint glass. Poured a very cloudy orange-brown color with about 1/2 inch of white head that had OK retention and light lacing.
The aroma was fairly neutral, and well balanced. The blend of light grain and gentle hops was a nice combination, but no aspect had the lead. The taste was a bolder and more well defined version of the aroma. The earthy grains provided a nice foundation for the bright, citrusy hops.
The body was good, smooth and even , with a dry, citrusy finish. Drinkability was very good, I could easily spend an afternoon with this beer. Overall, a nice brew, not quite a must try, but definitely a should try.
