375ml bottle served in a big snifter. Don't see a date on it. Bought it at the brewery a couple months back. Reviewed blind, not knowing anything about it, here are the words I wrote. Numbers added later.
Pours a mostly clear, very light yellow, with a medium sized very pale, very creamy looking head. Tons of carbonation. Smell is lemon and lime and something creamy. Oak, maybe some funk.
Taste is moderately to seriously tart. Lime isn't right, but it's closer than lemon. Oak and funk. A little bit of a grapefruit zest or pith bitterness.
Mouthfeel is fairly light, creamy, but has kind of an oily coat-the-mouth finish. Overall, it's pretty good but not amazing.
