Canned on 8/12/19
Pours an opaque bright gold body capped with multiple fingers of bubbly, frothy white foam; good retention makes way for varied strands of soapy lacing and chunks of foamy collar/cap.
Aroma brings waves of dehydrated tropical fruits, guava, overripe melon, dank strawberry, and lemon; a balanced sweetness against a background of grass/grassy herbs.
Taste features honeysuckle, pine, honeydew melon across the profile; overripe pineapple and mango impart light sweetness building along the mid-palate and finish alongside a very subtle grainy tone on the swallow.
Mouthfeel has a medium body with light-moderate carbonation; slightly spritzy across the palate, and a slick, resinous undertone; a minor hop grit rides along an otherwise creamy smooth body into a swallow of both grainy grit and a light, hoppy bitterness.
A brew marked by continuous waves of smoothness and consistency, where no one aspect falls out of line with another; throw in strong doses along the fruitier side of the hop spectrum and the result is a borderline sessionable NEIPA that never feels too weighty.

this series keeps delivering, and a fine showcase of the cashmere hop here, which is definitely in the lead role in front of the other varietals in this one. i love cashmere, and am starting to be able to pick up on it in more and more beers, its so distinct, and always seems to start so early in the flavor, even in something mostly dry hopped like this, i really dig it. this beer overall though seems heavier than many of its other iterations, for me it looks really dense from the tap, has a heavier, starchier feel, and isnt as dry or as bubbly, so it sits a little heavy and drinks a bit slower, not a bad thing with such a nice hop profile on it, but somewhat less refined. the cashmere has candied lemon, meyer lemon, and herbal attributes that set in early, canned pineapple juice notes from the mosaic marry in well, making this quite tropical, heck i even get a little coconut out of it. the freshness is on point, and for how flavorful this is throughout, its crazy that the climax is actually on the swallow, almost a cryo hop intensity there, and it lingers long even though this is relatively dry. this overall drinks more like a double ipa, despite the modest alcohol, and it heavies up more as it warms. this is on the edge of how much hops can really fit in a glass of beer, but its unique enough to stand out in this busy field and its a fine continuation of the series. i heard there is a wet hop one on the way, im awfully stoked for that!

32 oz crowler- Pours very hazy pale orange with a large bubbled head that reduces leaving some head and islands. The aroma is orange, mango, very citrusy, some malt hidden in there. The taste is similar, with some added hops, really nice mellow bitterness with a dry finish. Very tasty.

On tap at Republic Pi in Spokane WA. Hazy yellow-gold. Notes of melon and pine, super fresh and aromatic. Tastes of tangerine, melon, citrus, pine, and peach with a bitter finish. This is excellent and Fremont Brewing is consistently impressive.

Another great offering in this series. Aroma is a bit sweet but does not drink as sugar-laden as you might expect. Very tropical after taste but has a fizzy bite to it that is quite pleasant.
