Nose is really fresh and tropical. Tastes nice and juicy with a well balanced hop backbone. I really like this beer.

22oz bottle served in an imperial half pint tasting glass. Beer is super cloudy, with a yellow, pulpy grapefruit juice appearance. Moderate white foam. Aroma is not too potent, maybe a bit tropical. Flavor has a nice bite of tree sap, pine forest, and cedar branches. These are classic West coast IPA flavors reformulated into a NE IPA bitterness profile and the result is extremely interesting. Flavors that could easily make for a really harsh brew at this volume come out quite enjoyable due to the low overall alpha of this beer. All this in spite of a wheat and oat heavy grain bill that offers little malt profile.
Definitely a completely different beer than Fremont's "Space Danger!" (a winter-spring seasonal, vs. fall-winter for this one) despite the superficial similarities on paper.

gorgeous hop profile on this one, and a pleasure to drink on tap. its hazy and pale but not overly dense looking or anything, and holds a high and fluffy white head with great retention, big and expansive feeling, oats and wheat, full of protein and is just satin in texture, really nice with these hops, which burst in aroma and flavor with the usual mosaic characteristics, but there is also distinctive almost ripe strawberry to this, must be from another varietal, mid palate climax, but i can taste it all the way through, some orange peel notes present as well, and something softly floral and springy, a hint of juniper and winter woods, and then some very minimal closing bitterness, nice flow to this, good balance, earthy dry cereal base supports the hops well, and the mouthfeel is awesome with this carbonation too. this is precisely the kind of thing i expect fremont to do well, because they have done it so many times before, and they do not disappoint. overall very modern with a really nice hop profile here and good drinkability for a hazy in the 7% abv range. very enjoyable, will look forward to my next one!

12oz canned 9/3, poured into a shaped nonic.
A: Bright, glowing orange body; hazy, with a foamy white head.
S: Very juicy and fruity with tropical vibes; mango, papaya, orange, pine, resin. Floral and
T: Balanced between bitter and sweet, but overall much more hoppy than malty; tropical, citrusy, and juicy. Delicious.
MF: Creamy lighter body, refreshing and easy drinking.
O: A really nice hazy IPA, Fremont makes solid beers and this is no exception; well-executed NE-style brew.

12oz can served in a 2020 SIP Fest snulip. Packaged 08/25/20.
Pours a hazy yellow-amber with a smallish head. Smell is resinous, nice.
Taste...reminds me of Lush, only more so. Which is great, because I love Lush. Fruity, mild citrus, mild pine, definite resin.
Mouthfeel is medium to thick, nice carbonation. Overall, delicious beer.
