16oz can dated 2/4/21 poured into a Teku on 2/7/21.
Pours 1" of white head. Golden, bright, and translucent. Luminescent.
Aromas of biscuits and bready yeast with a little skunk.
Taste follows the nose with an emphasis on the skunky, bitter hop character.
Feels crisp and dry. Effervescent and light in body.
A very tasty Helles that comes close to a Pilsner while maintaining light and bright characteristics.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 02/04/21. Bought it at the brewery earlier today.
Pours clear light yellow with a medium to large head and medium carbonation. Smell is lager yeast, lightly floral/honey, some grain/straw, some grass.
Taste is crisply grassy with a strong honey/floral/grain body.
Mouthfeel is light and clean. Overall, nice, solid, light beer.
