This beer was brewed with both malted and raw Washington triticale, is a hybrid of wheat and rye as well as barley grown and malted at Mecca Grade in Oregon. Woodland Park was mash hopped with aged Washington whole hop flowers and fermented in the refurbished oak wine foedre with mixed yeast cultures from Fremont and Floodland. After fermentation in the foedre ceased, Woodland Park was refermented on Washington grown Viognier grapes from the 2019 harvest and traditionally conditioned and carbonated in bottle.

750ml bottle shared with family. Entering review from notes taken earlier in the day.
Pours a clear light yellow with a flash of fizzy head. Smell is funk, flowers, honey, oak, spicy/zesty.
Taste is tart and sweet and funky, lemon and oak bitterness, chardonnay.
Mouthfeel is medium, still, slightly sticky. Overall, very good.
