awesome hop flavors in this one, pretty easy drinking too, pale straw colored, fair and hazy, with a high and lasting white head from the tap, a real nice looking beer, not as thick and dense as some of these have been recently, very well refined, vibrant even, juicy and sexy, the hops are absolutely bursting forth from this, seems new and interesting, nice and fresh even though it looks like number 40 is already out. nice of ripe apricot, fresh sliced orange, orange candy, lemongrass, and kumquat, its vibrant and fresh as they come, a little green grape to this too, something a little berry forward too, maybe a southern hemisphere hop in here, some key lime, its awesome, light too, not green or overdosed at all, and the coolest part is that its all there in the flavor too, no drop off from the nose, and the hops start crazy early, cryo likely i would think based on the early climax for the hops. peaches, meyer lemons, tangerines, even pear, white wine, and verbena, really cool hop mix here and very bold. its dry though, fast finishing, without much bitterness or linger on the tongue, and the high carbonation really sets it off. i like the fluffy earthy base, dry and starchy but not heavy, creamy feeling but without the weight, killer platform for these hops to dance on. impressive brew here, hyper modern, one of the better recent releases in this now epic series. fremont can do no wrong when it comes to hops!

Cloudy, kind of a dirty orange hue. Mild head and lacing. Smell and taste are similar: Tangy, dank, citrusy, grassy, and tropical. Slight alcohol burn that comes more on the aftertaste. A bit milder than the average NEIPA. The subtlety and smile assertiveness are an interesting approach to the style.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark orange golden pour with a nice thick, frothy white head. Light fruity, citrusy aroma. All of the aroma elements get amped up in the taste, orange, citrus, floral. The Idaho 7 does it's magic with some earthy, tropical notes . A tiny bit of bitterness finishes it

PKGD 07/12/22. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.

A: Moderately hazy gold with 1-finger foamy white head with good retention and solid bands of lacing down the glass.

S: Aroma is light overall with low-intensity peach, guava, pineapple, grapefruit, and watermelon bubble gum with a sweet overall malt profile. Esters are low-medium and bubblegum-fruity in character.

T: Flavor is a step up from the aroma with more guava, peach, mango, melon, lime, and white grapefruit pith with a sweet pale malt profile. Esters are medium with some fruity addition to the overall experience. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bitterness level is medium.

M: Feel is good overall with light-medium body and semi-dry finish which helps with drinkability.

O: A good not great hazy IPA which could be more aggressive with the aroma and flavor, especially at the price point of $18.99 a 4-pack.

Canned 7/12consumed from a tall tulip on 8/3. Moderate haze,1finger head of decent longevity, good amount of lacing. Complex mix of many fruits in smell and taste. More stone fruit than tropical, but a nice mix. smell is more muted than the taste. overall very enjoyable.

Class HfoD, fluffy body with moderate haze, very familiar oaty/malt base, pillowy mouthfeel, fruity hops reminiscent of citrus fruit and floral hops, overall a decent version for this go-around.

16 oz. Can
PKGD: 07/12/22

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger off-white head, which also leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

2x 16oz can served in a big mug. Dated 07/12/22. Leftovers from my brother-in-law's wedding last weekend.

Pours a hazy light orange with a smallish head. Smell is mild, mostly citrus pithy.

Taste is a bit more lively. Citrus pith is there, but fairly soft; mango, pineapple, and bubblegum/melon are a little stronger. Light bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is almost creamy; smooth, light, clean. Overall...the series continues to be solid, but rarely earth-shattering. I'd place this one near, maybe slightly below, the 50th percentile (within the series).
