16 oz. Can
PKGD: 11/11/22

Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow/orange color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 11/11/22 into an IPA glass.

Look- Pale gold, very hazy, plentiful visible particulate, white frothy head, above average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Grassy, mango, melon, pineapple, medium strength of scent.

Taste- Melon, grapefruit, earthy, watery flavor at finish, weak strength of flavor.

Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, mildly mouth warming, mildly bitter, mild astringency.

Overall- Look was a stellar pale gold with plentiful visible particulate and great head retention and lacing. The bouquet was a pleasant, but only moderately strong, mix of earthy, melon, mango and pineapple. The flavor was fine, but much too weak. This beer had a thinner body than I had expected and some mild astringency to detract from the enjoyment. Overall this was an okay beer, but I expect much more from this brewery and price point.

Familiar straw-gold body with moderate haze and fluffy white head; hops and an oaty/wheat backbone of bready malt...citrus, pine, grass, grapefruit...smooth and emjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden straw color with a beautiful, creamy white head that provides ample lacing. This beer utilizes Mosaic and Citra hops amongst others, and that is readily apparent as soon as you pop the top, because dank citrus aromas immediately hurl themselves your way, especially ripe tangerine, passion fruit, and lychee.

The taste mirrors the nose, with that tangerine, passion fruit, and lychee triumvirate joined by a subtle creamy oat flavor, which fits the medium mouthfeel that is on the softer side, per the style.

I will be the first to admit that this beer is my “beer nerd” sweet spot - I absolutely LOVE Citra/Mosaic hopped IPA’s, hazy or otherwise, and this one is very well executed, IMHO, which is my expectation from a brewery of Fremont’s caliber.

16oz can served in a curvy Fremont glass. Packaged 11/11/22.

Pours a fairly hazy golden-amber with a medium sized head. Smell is bubblegum, melon, melon rind, some citrus rind.

Taste is moderate grain, lots more bubblegum and honeydew melon. A little bit of honeysuckle, a little bit of citrus rind. Some citrus zest bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, leaning toward the thick side. Overall, it's a very nice beer.
