Just found a can in fridge BOD 3-15-2023. Pours a cloudy darker golden color with almost no head. Aroma is citrus zest with some sweetness and other tropical fruits. Overall, quite mild, probably from aging. Taste is tropical fruit, really ripe fruit with some slight bitterness on the finish. Decent considering how long it has aged, and the can says drink within 90 days. Rated 8-16-2024

16 oz. Can
PKGD: 03/15/23
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, melon), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, melon), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

I haven’t had many beers from Fremont before, but I certainly haven’t had anything hoppy from them before. That’s where woemad steps in with this next BIF beer. The PNW approach to hazy IPAs has been interesting so far, let’s see what this one is all about
Pours a cloudy orange gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
Despite being described as a “Hazy IPA” on the can, I think the designation of American IPA on here suits it better. I’m picking up on aromas of orange zest, pithy grapefruit, earthy hops, biscuity malt, lemon zest, pine, and light weed
In taste it trends a tad bland unfortunately. Not bad there’s just not too much going on. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting bready malt, pithy grapefruit, orange zest, geassy hops, and light white pepper. The swallow brings notes of orange zest, crackery malt, earthy hops, lemon zest, pine, and light white pepper
A medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes mostly dry with an odd bitterness
I don’t hate this, but it doesn’t seem to be executed very well. It’s kinda unfortunate that this is my first experience with anything that’s not a Stout or Strong Ale from Fremont, but it is what it is

Schooner on tap at the brewery.
Light haze, thin dense head, stiff lacing. Smell is great -- bright citrus and flower aromas.
Taste is milder than aroma, but similar, less floral, more of a resin bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel is light, clean, dry. Overall, quite good.

Quite familiar at this point; light-to-moderate straw/gold haze; snappy white wheat graininess, earthy, grassy, floral, melon-y hops with some stone fruit and a smooth and mellow body.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy orange golden pour, small frothy white head. Musty, ripe fruit aroma, notes of both tropical and stone fruit. Taste is a fruity blend, some stone fruit, some tropical, a little melon. A faint zesty bitterness crops up in the back. Light sweetness.
