16 oz. Can
PKGD: 04/26/23

Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. The taste is very nice hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, peach, papaya, nectarine, apricot, guava), very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake!

Canned 4/26. Hazy pour, thin-ish head, some floaters showing up. Aroma is dominated by citrus -- orange and grapefruit. Initial taste tends citrus, not so pronounced...no strong taste comes to the forefront. Malt base is very much in the background, with oats and wheat giving the ale a creamy texture. Carbonation is low.

The HFOD series is always interesting but definitely varies widely from batch to batch.

Fluffy, cloudy bright pale orang pour with a huge off-white head and good lacing...the Mosaic is juicy and tropical with a big dose of stone fruit and apricot...pithy and pungent at times with some grapefruit vibes...good bitterness...present, familiary oaty/wheat pillowy mouthfeel. Good stuff.

16oz can served in a WABL sample glass. Dated 04/26/2023. Picked it up at the brewery yesterday.

Pours slightly hazy amber, a little brassy tinge. Not much head production. Smell is very tropical, maybe a little melon.

Taste is stronger melon, melon rind and pith bitterness, some light malty sweetness, strong bitter finish.

Mouth feel is medium, fairly fizzy. Nice beer.

16oz can from HomeBrewStuff. Hazy orange golden pour, small soapy white head. Fruity aroma, tropical, stone fruit. Taste is guava, apricot, juicy but thin, tapering off to a weak finish.
