Brewed with Pilsner Malt with Saaz, Hallertaur, Simcoe, HBC 1019, and Alora hops
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, grapefruit, various stone fruits, namely, nectarine and peach and then some raspberry, fresh cut grass, and pine.
Flavor: Gently sweet with medium bitterness.

16 oz. Can
PKGD: 05/28/25

Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice slightly hazy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, mango, peach), pretty nice pinyness. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, mango, peach) , pretty nice pineyness, some sweetness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty beer.

Pours a golden lemonade color with a large head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is malt and fruity hops with a sweet bitterness. Decent beer but I expected better from Fremont. DOB 5-29-2025

Clear pale golden brew with plenty of foam in the spiky Estonian glass. Slight but pleasant aroma of lime and alfalfa. Very light body with plenty of spritz on the tongue. Not at all sweet, but after some sipping the fruity flavors come through. Tastes of green stuff, a hint of melon and citrus, and fresh green beans in the finish. Overall this is a highly quaffable hoppy lager of uncertain parentage. From the 16 oz can purchased at Special Brews. Dated 05/28/2025.

Chill hazed pee. Grassy, earthy and light citrusy hop aroma and flavor. Light pine resin character. Decent balance; definitely leans a bit bitter. Fairly light bodied with a light dry bitter finish.

light and easy for summer, crazy how this west coast pils style is proliferating, its white hot right now, and this is a good one, albeit somewhat understated, a collaboration with smog city, although i think the menu where i had it may have incorrectly listed holy mountain as the partner on it, looks wrong obviously. anyway, its nice beer, bright and blonde and darn near clear with an airy inch of white foam from the tap, looks really light and good and active. the nose is interesting, and i like how they bring noble hops together with new school stuff, this isnt overly hopped by the malt and the lager yeast are both minimal in here, less pils elements to my senses i guess, so the hops really pop even though its mellow overall. saaz and hallertau but also alora and simcoe and the new hbc 1019, so lots of interest, i think maybe a little more to the aroma than the flavor, but both are distinctive with this hop mix. things like white tea, honey suckle, and melon rind come out, bitterness is lower than most ive had of these, its more dry hoppy. the grain seems close to neutral and the lagering is tidy but without a ton of personality, i like how light this is, but to day it drinks like pils is maybe a little bit of a reach. i like the late noble grassiness, nice with what the domestic hops add, and its also nice and dry and quick and refreshing. i think i thought this might be a little more robust, but the softer voice is a cool change of pace in this style space too, and leave it to these guys to nail the hops. incredibly drinkable and fresh, perfect summer hop forward but approachable lager.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, short lived frothy head recedes to small patches. Light fruity aroma, hint of pine. Taste begins with a touch of citrus before turning off to some classic NW hops. Very crisp with some light lingering bitterness.
