Crystal clear straw with a billowing and relatively hearty white head. Melting stock market line graphs of lacing around the inside of the glass. The nose I awesome. Fresh cut hay, floral, lemongrass, spice and a touch of citrus. Really sings, but is not overly assertive either. The flavor follows the aroma, but is more subdued, a little doughier and not as busy. It is a fairly dry beer with some lingering yeast character and a slow-but-subdued finish. This is a tasty beer. To style on all counts. The nose is the highlight. Any dings on the rest of it are purely my own tastes. The wheat and certain yeasts give some saisons and grisettes what I call a "flabby" character but I don't know what that is or if it is just me picking it up. Regardless. Happy to try this one and a very enjoyable sitting-on-the-balcony-while-dinner-finishes beer

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
