Chiara, fresca e rinfrescante con note di frutta e spezie. Da sola come fresco aperitivo, ideale con cibi sapidi, salumi e formaggi freschi.

Genova 26/7 2024. 33 cl bottle from Squillari Enoteca, Via Ettore Vernazza, Genova. Green version of Maltus Faber’s usual design.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a tart, citric and fresh odor mingling with yeasty fumes. Citrus, lemon and unripe gooseberries. Black pepper. Light touch of humid basement.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, Soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a moderately strong sweetness followed by a rather strong tart sourness.. Aftertaste is tart and citric. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Dry, yet refreshing.
