Collaboration with Mondo Brewing Company.
Our crisp 3.8% Pale Ale is brewed with a blend of British-grown barley, oats and wheat, for a silky-smooth mouthfeel and a sturdy malt base. Generously hopped with home-grown Cascade in the copper and finished with a vibrant dry-hop of Hallertau Blanc and Citra, Juliet bursts with aromas of sun-ripened mango, hints of pineapple and subtle notes of green grapes and gooseberries. Refreshing, approachable and full of character.
Brewed to celebrate the International Women’s Day, designed to be enjoyed by everyone!

On the cask at The Black Friar, a pub next to the Tube station of the same name.
What a nice coincidence to find this cask ale and to be able to drink it on International Women's Day.

Juliet has a foam only slightly above the average for cask EPAs. Smells are nicely fruity with tropicals in the lead. Tastes are well-balanced by the hops; a lingering finish. With oats and wheat, this Feels very good to me. Soft, even luxurious. I'd like this again.
