Brewed with our good friends over at Indian Ladder Farm Brewery. We mashed NYS grown Pilsner malt , hopped the wort with locally grown Sterling Hops grown by our buddies at Indian Ladder. After primary fermentation the beer was lagered for 100+ days. What came of its cold rest is a beautifully balanced local ingredient lager that we re very proud to share and drink. Light, crisp, subtle floral notes and quite quaffable. Cheers.

On tap at Indian Ladder Farmsead Cidery and Brewery in Altamont, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazed golden yellow color, with a small tight head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like crackery pilsner malt, lemon, grassiness, and some light floral notes.
This is nice stuff. It feels vaguely rustic, with lemon peel, fresh cut grass, and an unidentifiable floral note playing along with a light but present malt character - no sweetness, just breadiness and cracker.
This is light bodied, very crisp and clean, with a fantastic drinkability.
This is an extremely well-balanced lager/pilsner-tyle thing - the hop character and the malt character play together extremely well.
