We brewed a low gravity pale wort and lightly hopped it for balance to let the fruit shine. In the fermenter the beer was dosed with over 800 pounds of blueberry and a bunch of lemon. Light and spritzy. Full of quenching berry goodness, lemon aroma and citrus acidity.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Tree House Willi Becher glass; no production information.
A: Pours a hazy, rose to garnet color with a one finger head, pink chiffon head, little more than rim retention, and virtually no lacing.
S: Aromas of mostly raspberry, but also cranberry and blackberry.
T: Dry and quite tart. Palate basically the same as the nose more blueberry and lemon fruit, as well as a bit of straw and grainy breadiness. Bitterness reminiscent of strawberry pips.
M: Light bodied with low to moderate carbonation.
O: A dry, refreshing, and easy drinking raspberry beer. Perfect for Summer.
