This French Farmhouse Style Ale highlights the spicy character of Saison Yeast, Rye Malt and Saaz Hops. Pilsner and Vienna Malts, unmalted Wheat, and Golding Hops round our this slightly dry and exceedingly quaffable late spring offering.

on tap at harbes family farm vineyard. brew pours amurky orange with a fizzy head. nose is vibrant corriander and orange peel. big banana and clove with lots of crisp sweetness. taste is the same...banana bread bubblegum. SUPER TASTY for my taste buds but I can see this being a little too sweet for some. not really getting any rye in this but it hit the spot for this gorgeous may afternoon at the vineyards

On draft at Blue Canoe, Greenport, NY
Bright bronze with white rimming crust.
Big rubbery phenolic nose with some toasted grain.
Hazelnuts, flowers, some jagged rye grass, gingersnaps, and a touch of dried orange rind finish.
Berocca end and cut hay and rosemary linger.
Crisp, slight cling, just over light.
Delicate and measured. Very much on the saison (not farmhouse) end of the scale. Rye sits in seamlessly. Almost sessionable, yet hugely complex.
