6 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler Pint at the Passport Brew Haus.
A - Clear dark amber. Almost black in appearance. It's got a very small tan head with no retention and no lacing.
S - Toasted dark malts with a hint at black licorice and brown sugar. It's got a crisp and light, semi one-dimensional aroma.
T - Toasted, dry dark malts with a light hop finish. A hint of that black licorice. Like the aroma it lacks anything that sets it apart. Very bland in all regards.
M - It's crisp and light-bodied. It's smooth with a fizzy carbonation finish. Dry on the end.
D - It's not bad at all but it's very plain. There isn't any reason to drink this beer. I wouldn't have it again. Mediocre in every way.
