6 oz tap pour into an American Tumbler Pint at the Passport Brew Haus.
A - Pours a murky, dirty golden color. Good tan head with great retention and sticky lacing down the glass.
S - Great hop presence as soon as it's set down. Pine and citrusy grapefruit. Very good. A touch of sweetness to the malts in the background but the hops are front and center here.
T - The malty backbone gives way to the very citrusy - fruity grapefruit hops. A touch of pine is in there too. Finishes with a good bitterness that isn't tongue-shredding.
M - Crisp and refreshing with a bitterness throughout - start to finish. Medium-bodied.
D - It's a good IPA that, to me, might start to get old after a few. It's got some dimension to it but relies heavily on the grapefruity hops. Their best beer by far.
