Copenhagen 27/6 2022. 41 bottle from BulgarskMad, Åboulevarden, Kbh. N. Dark red - almost burgundy - label with a lot of gold and a little logo with a wax seal.
Pours almost clear red with a big slightly pink head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fruit and sugary Christmas. Cherries, plums, white sugar, almonds and marzipan.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong, sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and a bit sticky.
A lot of cherries and sugar - not much Lambic.
