Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a cloudy yellow to orange color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated immediately. No lacing was left. The smell had a decent sweet apricot with a light grassy and somewhat wheat edge in the background. The taste started off with the sweet apricot and let in a decent tart apricot edge to balance. Grassiness was somewhat there but maintains a decent background. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat sharp but still carried a delicate smooth behavior to it. Overall, I say this was a pretty good sessionable fruit beer I could have again.

Light gold color. Small head. Aroma is apricot and malts. A medium bodied fruit beer. The apricot flavor is fairly pronounced and somewhat sweet. There is supposedly over 700 pounds of apricots in each batch. It very pleasant. Light and refreshing. Malts and hops are fairly mild; the fruit is in the forefront. Balanced is OK. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.
