pours mostly orange gold but it does have a slight pink hue to it. the head is pretty much just a lasting white ring.
it smells mostly of honey (or at least that tc house smell of honey) with notes of caramel/maltiness, flowers, slight spice and some tart fruit which i can assume is plums.
the palate is fairly sweet but it seems to work by adding a bit of richness... flavors of honey (honey this time. not just house flavor!), actual plum meat and not the skins and a slightly spicy finish. sweet for sure but it is balanced well enough to make it enjoyable from some fruity tartness. the body is medium. mouth feel is a bit sticky and slick but bitey from spice and carbonation.
it's a bit one dimensional but i'm sure peeps love this one! 6/3/6/3.5/13/3.2

This beer is quite hazy with a light purple, almost pink color to it. It is topped by a touch of purple tinged froth. The aroma is lightly tart smelling with a quite apparent fruitiness to it that is a mix of plum, cherry and berry notes.
This is quite sweet, which really accentuates some solid berry flavors, but not really any distinctly plum flavors. This is in fact very sweet, though I would not characterize it as being cloying, but it is certainly a bit too much for my personal tastes. This, like most of the fruit beers here, is very one dimensional. It is certainly an easy drinking beer, even enjoyable at times and I have a feeling that those who like really fruity beers will really enjoy this.
