Pours a semi clear dark yellow with thick head.
Smell is fruity and crisp with notes of citrus, passionfruit and peach.
Taste is fruity and crisp with some floral hints. Notes of citrus, pine and peach with a solid bitterness and just a hint of sulphur.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice SIPA, with plenty of flavor and great texture for the style.
